Buy the equipment Q100 ($100K) The best approach is to screen the rat CSF with the Olink target 48-panel and then take the larger ones interested in to a custom flex panel (all the 48-panel targets are available for the clinical flex panel as well) I'm getting a quote for N=50 rat CSF samples — if you know exactly which targets you're interested in, they can check the homology for us (the panel is for mouse, not rat; but homology is generally good). That said they will get us a quote for the kits only — we'll have to figure out the worst ourselves; but I prefer BioRgly for the inhouse. We can use https://insight.olink.com/ to check that our candidate targets are compatible in the multi-plex (85% of targets are compatible) Olink representative thought we might have one, but she wasn't sure; sensitive, but not validated, only for mouse — so homology is a problem, low detectability even in TBI rat. | |||

It is most effective for people who experience disabling tremors, wearing-off spells and medication-induced dyskinesias, with studies showing benefits lasting at least five years.
